If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items ordered for a full refund. All you need to do is give us a call on 031-5555 2030 or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Return of products will be accepted only if the items dispatched are in good condition.
Please note that the following Items/products cannot be returned:
- Discontinued items
- Special order items, the custom and personalized remedies that are made upon your request won’t be returnable, as they are made only for you.
- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
- Items not purchased through Health Channel
- Open items, items that require re-packaging, or items in an unsuitable resale condition
- Return herbs and mixes in original, undamaged packaging. Only unused portion of item(s) will be refunded.
- Products/Items should be unused
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by healchannel.pk. Refund will be processed within 2 to 3 weeks .However, we will try our level best to make it earliest so customer doesn’t suffer from delay.
Return Shipping Fee
We’ll also pay one way return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customers are responsible for risk of loss on all return items and
must have original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
Our Customers can cancel order before the product has been shipped. While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.
